Cité de la Musique, Paris. We (Gulbenkian Orchestra and Choir) played “A Flowering Tree” by John Adams (libretto by Peter Sellers) here last weekend to a very enthusiastic crowd. It was a John Adams festival, he was at all our rehearsals and the concert.
